Privacy Policy

Effective date: 06/09/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stylein1 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Style in 1 mobile application (the “App”). Style in 1 is a marketplace that connects clients with independent providers of tattoo, piercing, and aesthetics services, allowing clients to discover providers, book appointments, and message them, and allowing providers to manage their listings, bookings, messages, and subscription.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. Your email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), and whether you use the App as a client or a provider.

Profile information. Information you choose to add, such as your display name, profile photo, biography, and — for providers — business details, service listings, service categories, pricing, and the general location or area where you offer services (used so clients can discover you).

Booking information. Appointment requests and details, including dates, times, and the services involved.

Messages. The content of messages you send to and receive from other users through the App, including automated messages such as appointment reminders and birthday greetings.

Date of birth. If you provide it, we use your date of birth to enable features such as birthday messages. Providing it is optional.

Subscription information. For providers who subscribe, we receive your subscription status and related transaction identifiers from our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and from Apple. Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account; we do not collect or store your payment card details.

Device and technical information. Device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, and basic usage and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the App.

How We Use Your Information

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the following limited ways:

Between users. To make a booking or conversation possible, certain information is shared between the client and the provider involved — for example, a provider can see the booking details and display name of a client who books or messages them, and a client can see a provider’s public profile and listings.

Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the App, including Supabase (database, authentication, and storage hosting), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (App Store payment processing), and OneSignal (push notifications). These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Storage and Location

Information you provide is stored using cloud infrastructure operated by our hosting provider (Supabase) and may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, and afterward as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your Choices and Rights

Access and update. You can view and update much of your profile information directly in the App.

Account deletion. You can delete your account and associated personal information from within the App, or by contacting us at the email below. When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information except where we are required to retain it by law.

Notifications. You can control push notifications through your device settings.

Regional rights. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have additional rights such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the third-party services described above. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
