County Founders Contest

Official Contest Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your performance, score, or speed in earning an award.

1. Sponsor

The County Founders Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by WrightsApps LLC, a Utah limited liability company, located at 221 S. Quirk St., Grantsville, UT 84029 ("Sponsor"), operator of the Stylein1 mobile application and website ("Stylein1").

2. Contest Waves and Periods

The Contest is conducted in distinct geographic waves. Each wave covers specific counties listed at stylein1.com/founders (each a "Participating County").

Each wave's Contest Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") on the published start date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MT on the published end date (typically lasting 14 consecutive calendar days). Sponsor's servers serve as the official timekeeping device for the Contest. These Official Contest Rules (the "Rules") apply to all waves.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

Are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher);
Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and all other US territories and possessions);
Operate a business offering beauty, wellness, or tattoo services physically located within a Participating County, as verified by the business ZIP code listed on their Stylein1 provider profile upon entry; and
Hold and maintain in good standing all active professional licenses, certifications, and permits required by state or local law for the services offered on their profile (entrants self-certify compliance upon entry; Sponsor reserves the right to request proof prior to awarding any spot).

Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members, are ineligible.

Existing Stylein1 provider account holders who created an account prior to the start of a wave are eligible to participate, provided they meet all other criteria and have not previously won a Founding Provider award in a prior wave. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per registered business entity across all waves. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free of charge. No purchase, payment, or financial information is required. To enter, an eligible individual must complete the following steps during the applicable Contest Period:

Register for a free Stylein1 provider account (or log into an existing eligible provider account);
Digitally accept these Official Rules within the Stylein1 application;
Complete their professional profile with at least one (1) active service listing with a stated price; at least three (3) high-resolution portfolio photos; a valid physical business location within a Participating County; and active booking availability set in the calendar;
Claim a unique Stylein1 handle, which automatically generates a personal referral link and QR code.

An entrant who satisfies all four criteria is designated a "Qualified Entrant." Sponsor records the timestamp of qualification. Entry does not require sharing, posting, or interacting on third-party social media platforms.

5. How Founding Spots Are Earned

The first two (2) Qualified Entrants in each Participating County to achieve fifteen (15) Qualifying Client Sign-ups during the Contest Period earn a Founding Provider award. The outcome relies strictly on speed and personal promotional efforts; there is no random drawing, voting, or subjective judging.

5.1 Qualifying Client Sign-ups

A client sign-up counts toward an entrant's official tally only when all of the following conditions are met:

Account Creation: A new Stylein1 client account is created within the active Contest Period.
Attribution: The client completes registration via the entrant's unique referral link, QR code, or by manually inputting the entrant's handle during sign-up.
Phone Verification: The client verifies an active, unique mobile phone number via SMS text code. Each mobile phone number can count only once across all entrants and all waves. Voice over IP (VoIP), internet-based, virtual, or landline phone numbers are strictly prohibited.
Geographic Proximity: The client profile's ZIP code must be located within the Participating County or within a 25-mile radius of the entrant's business location.
Arm's-Length Relationship: The client account must be independent of the entrant (i.e., does not share an email address, phone number, or device or browser identifier, where available, with the entrant or the entrant's business).
Self-Registration: The account must be created directly by the client, not by the entrant or an automated agent.

Sign-up credits are locked to the first credited entrant and cannot be transferred. Clients receive no monetary compensation or purchase incentive to sign up.

5.2 Order of Finish & Tie-Breaking

Order of finish is established by the timestamp recorded on Sponsor's servers when the entrant's 15th Qualifying Client Sign-up successfully completes SMS verification.

Tie-Break: If two or more entrants in the same county reach their 15th verified sign-up at the exact same second, the tie will be broken in favor of the entrant who achieved Qualified Entrant status first.

5.3 Verification and Disqualification

All prospective Founding spots remain "Pending Review" for up to two (2) business days while Sponsor audits sign-up integrity. Sponsor reserves the right to deduct any sign-ups violating Section 5.1. If deductions drop an entrant below 15, their pending spot is released to the next eligible entrant in that county.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the Contest, utilizing bot networks or purchased numbers, offering financial incentives/rebates to sign-ups, or violating Stylein1's Terms of Service. Disqualified entrants forfeit all awards and promotional offers.

6. Awards & Promotional Offers

6.1 Founding Provider Award

Up to two (2) Founding Provider awards are available per Participating County per wave. Each award includes:

Stylein1 Premium Service: Premium-tier provider features provided at $0 cost for as long as Sponsor (or its corporate successor) actively operates the Stylein1 application;
Profile Recognition: A permanent "Founding Provider" digital badge displayed on the provider's public profile;
Featured Placement: Priority placement in organic search results within their designated county for twelve (12) consecutive months following the wave end date.

Estimated Retail Value (ARV): Premium service is valued at $24.99/month. The estimated retail value of the 12-month featured placement and long-term service tier is framed at $300.00 annually (stated ARV of $900.00 calculated on a standard 3-year term).
Conditions: The award is tied to the winner's specific account and non-transferable. The award automatically terminates if the account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, is closed by the winner, or is terminated for Terms of Service violations.

6.2 Welcome Offer (Separate Promotional Offer)

Every Qualified Entrant receives three (3) months of complimentary Stylein1 Premium service starting immediately upon qualification. At the conclusion of 3 months, Premium features end, and an active Premium subscription (currently $24.99/month) is required to continue confirming and accepting bookings through Stylein1. The provider's account, profile, and client history remain intact. No credit card or billing information is required upon entry, and no recurring charges will occur unless the provider explicitly opts to purchase a subscription. Sponsor will notify the provider in the Stylein1 app, and by push notification where enabled, at least three (3) days before the Welcome Offer ends. The Welcome Offer is a standalone promotional offer and not a Contest prize.

6.3 Founding Client Badge

Clients who sign up via an entrant's link during the Contest Period receive a non-monetary "Founding Client" digital badge on their profile. This badge carries no financial value, discounts, or transactional benefits.

6.4 Unclaimed Spots

If fewer than two (2) entrants in a Participating County achieve 15 Qualifying Client Sign-ups prior to the end of the Contest Period, any unclaimed Founding spots shall expire for that wave and will not roll over.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

Pending winners will be notified via in-app alert and push notification, followed by email from Sponsor with an electronic Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form, within two (2) business days after qualification. Pending winners must digitally sign and return the form within seven (7) calendar days of notice. No tax forms (such as IRS Form W-9) are required, as the stated annual value of the award is under $600.00. Failure to return the completed form within seven (7) calendar days may result in forfeiture, in which case the spot will be offered to the next eligible provider in that county.

8. Publicity Rights

Sponsor will publicize a winner's name, business name, logo, and county location across Stylein1 channels only with the winner's affirmative consent given within the application. Declining publicity consent does not affect an entrant's award status or eligibility.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any award are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the stated single-year Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Founding Provider Award is under $600.00, Sponsor will not collect IRS Form W-9 or issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC/NEC upon initial award fulfillment. However, if a single provider receives awards or promotional benefits with an aggregate value exceeding $600.00 from Sponsor within a single calendar year, Sponsor reserves the right to request a completed Form W-9 and issue an applicable IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

10. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or corruptive factors compromise fairness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless WrightsApps LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in this Contest or the use of any award.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

This Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of this Contest shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts located in Tooele County, Utah or the US District Court for the District of Utah.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected during this Contest is subject to the Stylein1 Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers collected during SMS client verification are used to verify sign-ups, prevent fraud, secure accounts, and as described in the Stylein1 Privacy Policy (including account contact features for confirmed bookings). Contest validation records and audit logs are retained for three (3) years following the end of each wave.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or X.

14. Winners List

To request an official list of Founding Providers, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: WrightsApps LLC — Contest Winners List, 221 S. Quirk St., Grantsville, UT 84029, within sixty (60) days following the end of the applicable wave.
